My Wedding Dress Story

This is my 200th post y'all...dang I talk a lot!

I'm linking up with Texan Mama today to tell the story of my wedding dress.

I had a pretty dress. It was ivory and had puffy sleeves to go with that 1995 puffy hair! LOL I had originally planned to have our wedding outside, so I picked a dress that was appropriate for the grass and outside dancing and BBQ. After I bought it, I got scared of this infamous Texas weather and decided to have it inside in case it rained. After that, I really didn't love my dress anymore, cuz I wanted a train, but it was still pretty. I had a redneck wedding, I wish I could have another wedding, done my way, ya know all girly, with pink everywhere and sparkly bling stuff, but I digress. The girls had red Scarlett O'Hara dresses and the boys had tux jackets with black Wranglers, black boots, bolo ties, of course those black, felt hats...sigh my beating heart!

I don't think I'd change anything abut our wedding but I would like to have another one done my way.

p.s. Congrats to the Mavericks on a third round playoff win this past weekend!!! Do it again this weekend!!!

  4. I love the hair and the dress. When you have a big anniversary just renew your vows and then you can have the wedding you want!
